Consent & Contact Policy

When you check the consent box on a Territory Direct intake page, you authorize the local licensed agency identified in the consent language to call or text you about the request you submitted, including by automated technology where stated. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We store the consent language shown to you, the consent timestamp, page version, quiz answers, and contact record with your submission. During the pilot, no specific agency is named until one has been configured for the relevant area.

You can withdraw contact permission or request immediate suppression by submitting our Do Not Contact form. We will process the request across Territory Direct’s intake system as promptly as possible.

Territory Direct is not an insurer or insurance agent. Licensed agents provide actual quotes and determine eligibility.
